Check where a shipment stands. Status comes from one file the site owner edits.
How updates work
The site owner edits shipments.json — one entry per shipment with three fields: reference, route, status — then republishes the site. The page shows the new data on the next load.
Status values are only three: Received, In transit, Delivered.
